what is gold filled jewelry?
Gold filled jewelry is composed of a thick layer gold that is pressure bonded to another metal, typically the metal is brass. Gold filled jewelry is a great alternative to solid gold and it has a much thicker amount than gold plated in order to serve a life time of wear with out tarnishing.
How do I care for my Jewelry?
To clean your jewelry, use water and a soft cloth. With proper care, your jewelry can last a lifetime as it does not chip or peel as easily as gold plated.
Things to avoid: Saltwater, swimming pools, heavy detergents/ lotions, and showering with your jewelry.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. If an item arrives damaged please contact us within 2 business days for an exchange. For approved returned items, the customer is responsible for shipping costs on returned items.

Please allow up to 10 business days for shipping in Canada once order confirmation is received and up to 15 business days for all other countries.
What is your authentication process?
All of our luxury charms are diligently inspected and thoughtfully sourced to ensure all charms are authentic. Important notes to consider in the authentication process is the clear cut stamp of the brand as well as the quality of the charm and/ or button.
